At this point it's pretty much up to them on how they want to decorate and "Create" their scene. Just be there to help an dgive guidance if necessary. Some fun tips are to use cellophane as a pond, crepe paper or tissue paper can be used as grass or trees, the tongue depressors can be very good people if you draw faces on them, and you can use play dough or sculpting clay to hold things upright.
