Horribly Adorable Costume Ideas!

Running out of time? Tired of the same old thing, but don't want to spend too much? We know how you feel, so we've collected only the creepiest and cutest costume ideas to inspire your creative side!

What You'll need:

light corn syrup
Peanut Butter
Red, Blue, Green Food coloring

Grab about 1 cup of light corn syrup and add red food coloring until it looks about right. Then add blue food coloring slowly - a drop or two at a time is good. Keep mixing until the color is closer to the color of real blood, try a little green food coloring too. If you mix in some peanut butter, the blood will be less likely to stain.

What You'll need:

2 tablespoons of soft shortening
4 tablespoons of cornstarch
Food coloring
Cold Cream

Mix Shortening and Cornstarch together. Separate the mixture into as many different cups as different colors you want. Then add food coloring to each seperate cups until it looks the color you're wanting.

Wash and dry your face and any area that you will be applying makeup to. Apply a thin coat of cold cream to the entire face. Using a cotton ball, gently pat a small amount of cornstarch over cold cream. Keep your eyes closed and apply make-up with fingers tips.

Fun Tip!

Elmers Glue works great to apply little details to your face makeup. Last year my daughter glued sparkles onto her eye brows!
It also washes off easily with soapy water!!
