Free Curriculum from NASA!

Bring the solar system to your homeschoolers! Nasa's Educational Site is jammed full of free homeschool curriculum. Here you'll find great activities, like studying the surface of mars (well, a candy bar actually), and your homeschoolers even get to create a space craft using the same ingredients as a really good ice cream sundae! This is fun stuff loaded with outer space education and ideas!

It's Just So Easy...
NASA provides hands-on experiments that your homeschoolers will love and the site is organized by grade and subject to simplify your search. I quickly found great experiments that at first seemed a little out of my reach. Their descriptions quickly threw me off guard, but at closer look I soon discovered that a "Model core sampling" was really a bite size candy bar and that I could help my homeschoolers construct a Cassini spacecraft using an ice cream cone, frosting, and other delectable goodies. We've had a finger lickin' good time here the last couple of weeks!
